Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Wings 

Wings are one of our go-to meals when watching the big game! We have always gotten take-out in the past until I realized how easy these Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Wings are to make at home in your Air Fryer. Serve these with our Hummus Deviled Eggs and you have two amazing appetizers.

You will fall in love with how easy these are to make and the flavor is out of this world. Once you serve these to your friends and family they will be begging you to make them for every get-together. 

What equipment do I need:

  • Air Fryer
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Sheet
  • Basting brush
  • Tongs

Ingredients 

  • 12 Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic Salt 
  • Salt
  • Pepper 

How to make Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Wings

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees.
  2. Remove chicken wings from the refrigerator and let them reach room temperature.
  3. Pat dry with a towel. The less moisture, the crisper the wing. 
  4. Lightly coat the wings with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  6. Air Fry for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove and sprinkle with garlic.
  8. Place back in the air fryer for 5-10 minutes depending on your desired crispiness. 
  9. Remove from the air fryer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Serve & enjoy. 

Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • Serve these with dipping sauce! Our favorites are blue cheese and Ranch. 
  • Spray the basket that your chicken will cook in, this will help with cleaning up!
  • All Air Fryers cook differently and chicken comes in all sizes, so you will want to keep an eye on the chicken for the last few minutes to make sure it does not burn or become overcooked. 
  • You can use this same recipe on chicken breasts, thighs, or drumsticks. You will need to adjust the cooking time.

Storage

You can store your leftover wings in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They will lose some of the crispiness they had when you first made them, but the flavor will still taste great. 

You can reheat them in the Air Fryer if desired to crisp them back up.

Can you double this recipe?

Yes! You can easily double this recipe or even triple it. You just want to make sure when you are cooking your wings you leave enough space for air to circulate in your Air Fryer which means you might need to make several batches. 

Can you make these Garlic Parmesan Wings in the Oven?

If you find this recipe and don’t have an Air Fryer you can adapt it to the oven. You will want to lay them flat on a baking sheet and bake them at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Be sure to check the internal temperature before serving.
