Pina Colada Dip
Pina Colada Dip takes the tropical flavor we love and turns it into a creamy fluffy dip as it combines coconut milk, cream cheese, crushed pineapple, whipped topping, coconut flakes and a shot of rum for an incredible fruity dip. This can be made without alcohol as well to make it kid friendly!
These days you can find me poolside enjoying the beautiful sunny days! A refreshing cocktail in one hand and Pina Colada dip in the other, its a wonderful way to entertain close family and friends on a quick notice.
Ingredients
- 8oz Whipped Topping
- 1 Shot Rum
- 2 Tbs Coconut Milk
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 20oz Can Crushed Pineapple
- Cherry
- 7oz Bag Coconut Flakes
- Fruit & Cookies for Dunking
How to make Pina Colada Dip
1. In a mixing bowl combine whipped topping, cream cheese, coconut milk & pineapple.
2. Add 6oz coconut flakes leaving some for garnish later.
3. Pour in 1 shot of your favorite rum!
4. Mix well.
5. Pour into a serving bowl.
6. Cover with the remaining coconut flakes.
7. Add a cherry on top.
8. Enjoy!
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- When making this be sure you really cream the cream cheese, until it is nice and smooth. By doing this you will have a nice smooth base as you add in the whipped topping, coconut milk and pineapple.
- You can enjoy this right away, but it is best if you let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours prior to serving. This will help thicken it up as well as help the flavors meld together nicely.

Store this in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Make Pina Colada Dip Ahead of Time
Pina Colada Dip tastes even better when you make it ahead of time! Mix all the ingredients together and then cover and place in the fridge. This will help it to thicken as well as help the flavors really come out.
Can I Make this without Alcohol?
Yes! You can absolutely make this without alcohol. You will just want to omit the alcohol.
