How to Make Peanut Butter Cookies with M & Ms

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or place parchment paper on two baking sheets.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • With an electric mixer, beat together butter and sugars. Add egg and peanut butter and mix until fully combined. Add dry mixture, half at a time, mixing well between each addition.
  • Stir in m&ms (it’s important not to use the electric mixture because you will break the m&ms).
  • Scoop 2-3 tablespoon-sized spoonfuls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned on the edges.
