1 bunch asparagus, discard wood ends and cut into 1-inch pieces

½ cup white wine

½ cup chicken broth

Single lemon, zested

Single lemon juiced

How Do I Make Olive Garden Shrimp Scampi

Cook your angel hair pasta according to the directions on the packaging.

Season the shrimp with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.

Heat your olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the shrimp and cook until they are pink, about 2-3 minutes preside. Transfer the shrimp to a plate and set aside.

Add your butter, tomato, and asparagus to the pan. Cook until the vegetables have started to soften, about 3-5 minutes. Add in the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.

Deglaze the pan with white wine and allow the wine to simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in the chicken broth, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Continue for an additional minute.

Combine the shrimp and Angel hair pasta with the sauce and top with the parsley.
