I love following a low-carb keto diet because it makes me feel so much better and healthier, but there are some things that I still crave as I follow this diet. Keto-Turkey-Bacon-Club-on-Onion-Bagels-ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 Keto Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, Bagel (see additional recipe)
  • 1 piece of bacon
  • 1 piece of cheese – I used pepper jack
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato
  • Turkey

How to Make Keto Turkey Bacon Club on Onion Bagels

1. Turn the broiler on in the oven.

2. Cook one piece of bacon on the stove or in the microwave. Once cooled, cut into 2-3 pieces to fit onto your bagel.

3. Line the sheet pan with foil and cut the bagel in half. Place cheese on both sides of the bagel to melt.

4. Place under broiler for 1-2 minutes. You will want to keep a close watch so as not to burn it.

5. Once you take it out, add your mayo, bacon, tomatoes, and turkey.

Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • We use our Keto Onion Bagels for this recipe, but feel free to use another variety of Keto bagels if you prefer. 
  • We love to toast this sandwich in the oven, it is not necessary to toast it if you prefer to enjoy it cold. 
  • You can omit the bacon or use turkey bacon as another option when making this sandwich. 
  • Any variety of cheese will work when making this Keto turkey club. 
  • Add in more of your favorite veggies. This includes avocados, onions, lettuce, and even sprouts.

Storage

These keto turkey clubs are best enjoyed right away, especially when toasted. If you prefer to save it for later, wrap it in plastic and store it in the fridge for up to 1 day. 

If you plan to take this sandwich and enjoy it later I recommend not toasting it and eating it cold. This will keep a little bit longer.
